TECHNICAL CAPABILITY

GB Tech Services has designed and implemented various cabling projects including equipment installation, testing, termination and labeling for MDFs and IDFs. Cross connects for Telecommunication closets and DMARC extensions.

In the recent past GB Tech services worked closely with a charter school to manage managed all legacy cabling technology as well as the new cabling GB Tech Services has been responsible for complete management of the cabling portion for the prime contractor including scheduling of the work with the project owner, manage and accommodate other trades schedules as well. Our management experience is strong, professional, and with many years of experience. Our technical skills include our own, MN PLT, A+, Network Plus, Microsoft Network Professional & Cisco Administrator.

On any job there are at least two people assigned to a project, the primary tech or lead tech is always in constant contact with the project manager in order to maintain the customer informed on the progress of the project.

With customer with long term contracts we have assigned an email address for work request which gets routed to at least 2 project managers just in case one project manager is out on vacation or sick. Also, on long term projects a monthly meeting is requested in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and the communication channels open so expectations are met.
